Booking an OPD appointment takes one message: pick the doctor once and send the patient's mobile number and name — age and address are optional, and a name on its own is enough. The agent registers the patient and replies with the queue token in about two seconds. Discharge summaries work the same way. The agent pulls up the admitted patient and walks the doctor through the summary section by section — chief complaints, final diagnosis, personal history and the rest. Each answer can be typed or sent as a voice note, and the AI transcribes the voice straight into the record.
