What Healthixio costs depends on your bed count, the modules you switch on, the number of named users and how much data has to come across from your current system. Tell us those and you will have an itemised quotation, usually the same working day, with the renewal figure stated beside the first-year figure.

How much does Healthixio hospital management software cost?+
It is quoted per hospital. What you pay depends on your bed count, which modules you switch on, how many named users you need and how much data has to be migrated from your existing system. Will you tell me the renewal cost before I sign?+
Yes, and you should insist on it from any vendor. Your quotation states the first-year figure and the annual renewal figure together, before you commit. The renewal is your AMC: it is the only annual charge, and there is no separate maintenance contract on top of it, no re-installation fee and no charge for updates or support.
Can I start with OPD only and add IPD later?+
Yes. Many hospitals digitise outpatient work first — appointments and queue, registration, EMR and digital prescriptions, OPD billing, WhatsApp confirmations and the enquiries pipeline — and move to the complete HMIS when they bring IPD, wards and pharmacy onto the same system. It is the same platform, so you extend your configuration rather than migrating to new software. Ask for both figures in your quotation.
Can I skip modules I do not use?+
Yes. If you do not run a pharmacy or a pathology lab, those modules come off your quotation, and the staff login that belonged to each one comes off with it. Core OPD, IPD, EMR, billing and ABDM are always included and are not unbundled.
What does a large or multi-specialty hospital pay?+
Large multi-specialty hospitals and hospital groups are scoped individually, because they usually need integrations, a department-by-department rollout and dedicated support. Tell us your bed count and departments and you will get an itemised quote in writing, with the renewal rate on the same page.
Are there setup fees, hidden charges or lock-ins?+
No. Onboarding, staff training, data migration from your existing system, software updates and support are part of the subscription, not add-ons discovered later. Extra named user seats and GST are quoted openly alongside the plan.
