There are two plans. OPD Only is a flat ₹14,000 for the first year and ₹7,000 per year after that, with 3 named users — built for clinics and consulting practices with no admitted patients. The complete HMIS is ₹40,000 per year for up to 20 beds with every module included, and rises with bed capacity — a 50-bed hospital pays ₹70,000 in year one. From year two the HMIS renewal starts at ₹20,000 for up to 20 beds, and is ₹29,000 at 50 beds. Every slab is published in the table on this page. All prices are exclusive of GST.

OPD Only covers outpatient work end to end — appointments and queue, patient registration, EMR and digital prescriptions, and OPD billing — with 3 named users. It has no bed or ward management, so there is no bed-based pricing: the price stays ₹14,000 in year one and ₹7,000 a year at renewal regardless of patient volume. Extra users bill at the same rates as the full plan. Move up to the complete HMIS whenever you start admitting patients.

Renewal starts at ₹20,000 per year for up to 20 beds and rises with bed capacity — a 50-bed hospital renews at ₹29,000, and every slab is in the table above. This renewal fee is your AMC: it is payable every year from year two onward, and it is the only annual charge. There is no additional maintenance contract on top of it, no re-installation fee and no charge for updates or support.

Five named users are included up to 20 beds — one admin, two front-desk or billing, one pharmacy and one pathology login — and one more user is added for every additional 10 beds, so a 50-bed hospital gets eight. The base logins are role-based, so if you skip the Pharmacy or Pathology module that login comes off too. Beyond that, extra staff users are ₹3,000 per user per year (₹12,000 for a pack of five) and doctor users, who get EMR and prescriptions, are ₹1,500 per year. Renewal rates for seats are ₹1,500 and ₹750 respectively.

Yes. If you do not run a pharmacy or a pathology lab, deduct ₹6,000 per skipped module in year one and ₹1,500 per module at renewal. The login that belonged to that module comes off with it, so a 20-bed hospital skipping pathology gets four included users instead of five. Core OPD, IPD, EMR, billing and ABDM are always included and cannot be unbundled.

Above 70 beds we quote directly rather than extending the published slab table, because larger hospitals usually need integrations, multi-branch setup and dedicated support that the published rule does not cover.

No. Onboarding, staff training, data migration from your existing system, software updates and support are part of the subscription. The only charges beyond the published table are extra user seats and GST.
