Comparison
Healthixio vs MocDoc HIMS
One publishes a full price list. The other asks you to request a quote.
Facts on this page were verified against public sources on 13 August 2026. Where a vendor does not publish a figure, we say so rather than estimating it.
MocDoc is an established Indian HMS with a wide install base across hospitals, clinics, labs and pharmacies. The practical difference for a buyer comparing the two is transparency: MocDoc does not publish prices on its own website, so the figures that circulate come from third-party software directories, while Healthixio publishes its complete price list including the renewal rate.
MocDoc HIMS
Pricing via third parties onlyQuote on request — not published on the vendor site
As of August 2026, MocDoc does not publish pricing on its own website. Its SoftwareSuggest listing directs buyers to a form that asks for bed count, from under 25 beds to 500 and above, and offers pricing "as per your requirements". Third-party directory listings have carried annual figures — Techimply lists Starter at ₹60,000, Growth at ₹1,50,000, Advanced at ₹3,00,000 and Ultimate as contact-for-pricing — but because these are not published by the vendor they should be treated as indicative only and confirmed directly.

Where MocDoc HIMS is strong
No software is right for every hospital, including ours. These are genuine reasons to put MocDoc HIMS on your shortlist.
- Long-established vendor with a large install base across hospitals, clinics, labs and pharmacies
- Mature product suite covering the full care continuum, including lab and pharmacy chains
- Strong presence and review history on major software directories
- Multi-branch and chain deployments are well-trodden ground for them
Where Healthixio works differently
You can price Healthixio without talking to anyone
For a purchase in the ₹40,000 to ₹1,20,000 range, a hospital owner checking budget at 11pm should not need to fill a form and wait for a callback. Every Healthixio figure — bed slabs, renewal, seat rates, module deductions — is on the pricing page with a calculator.
The renewal number is published, not negotiated later
The most common complaint against hospital software in India is the year-two bill. Healthixio publishes it: ₹20,000 a year up to 20 beds, rising with bed capacity, every slab on the pricing page. Whichever vendor you choose, insist on the renewal figure in writing before you sign.
No capability tiers
Rather than Starter, Growth and Advanced plans that unlock features, Healthixio includes every module at every bed slab and prices on capacity alone. You cannot end up on the wrong plan and discover pathology is an upgrade.
Which one should you choose?
Choose MocDoc HIMS if…
MocDoc is worth shortlisting if you are a hospital chain or a multi-location lab or pharmacy network, if you need a vendor with a long track record at large scale, or if your procurement process expects a scoped enterprise quote anyway.
Choose Healthixio if…
Healthixio fits better if you are a 20–70 bed hospital or nursing home that wants to know the cost — including year two — before the first call, with every module included and no plan tiers to navigate.
Frequently asked
How much does MocDoc HIMS cost?+
MocDoc does not publish pricing on its own website as of August 2026; its listing directs buyers to request a quote based on bed count. Third-party directories have listed annual figures around ₹60,000 for a starter plan up to ₹3,00,000 for higher tiers, but since the vendor does not publish these, treat them as indicative and confirm directly. Healthixio, by contrast, publishes its full table: ₹40,000 a year for up to 20 beds with all modules, and every bed slab above that.
Which is better for a 50-bed hospital?+
For a 50-bed hospital Healthixio is ₹70,000 in year one and ₹29,000 at renewal, with every module and 8 named users included, and the arithmetic is published so you can verify it. MocDoc would need to be quoted. Get both numbers in writing, compare the year-two figure as carefully as year one, and check that the modules you actually run are included rather than tiered.
Do both support ABDM and ABHA health IDs?+
Both support ABDM. Healthixio is officially integrated under National Health Authority guidelines and creates ABHA IDs at reception via Aadhaar or mobile, links prescriptions, lab reports and discharge summaries, and handles HFR and HPR registration from inside the software.
Judge it on the software, not the pitch
All 49 screens are published, and the full price list is on one page. Compare both against anyone on your shortlist.
